Our team, in a very XP fashion, was self-managed and independent. So we were able to do this experiment in the tech department. Later, we spoke about this idea in the company and the company decided to define their own Values.

Sadly though, the workshop the leadership ran were not including the workers but rather defining the values that they wanted the company to have instead of discovering the values that we currently had.

What ultimately happened was that some of the values there clashed with our own. They had similar names but their definitions were opposed to what we believed. But it was good to figure out if your values and principes match with the company you're working on.
